love your work respect it :3
your awesome
On the last work I more or less gushed about finding deep connective meanings within just the littlest details, regardless if there was supposed to be any meaning.
Those are the things I like looking for in art: how emotions are conveyed on a character’s face, the way the hands, if present, are positioned—be it the character is a mature adult or an innocent child. If present objects character(s) may have a familial connection with. It gives a sense of realism. It gives the character(s) humanity despite being fictional.
I’ll be respectable towards others tastes, but there’re some things I just can’t stand (like when guys consider art of an attractive woman with little or no clothing, boobs bigger than her head, a sultry look on her face, and large eyes saying “come here, big boy” good…)
That being said—which were things probably better left unsaid—I’ll now get down to expressing my thoughts on this artwork here, and…
…Oh my god, the emotions expressed here are just breathtaking and the colors are so vibrant…
The smoldering gaze they’re giving each other is so erotically intense and yet so meaningfully deep. I just can’t get enough of the heated look; it’s simply mesmerizing…
It can be considered flirtatiously cute or flirtatiously possessive with the way the bandana tails are held in their mouths. To me, their soulful gaze invokes a sense of near obsession with a hint of loving intensity. Feeling that through just a simple, meaningful stare, they’re telling the other they’re theirs—their brother, their partner, their lover, their soul mate. Theirs and no one else’s, and if something should happen to one of them, the other promises to do all they can and fight with all they are until the other is saved and returned to where they rightfully belong—within the other’s arms.
Doesn’t matter if the picture is ‘simple’ or not, just the fact that so much emotional meaning was added into it makes it a beautiful work of art. Scratch that. You’re not making works of art. You’re creating inspirational masterpieces.
And with all that said—
Uh…well, I better stop here now before I end up making this comment anymore longer than it needs to be.
Anyway, sneefee, thank you for your gifted talents which allow you to create pieces like these. May you continue to be inspired today, tomorrow, and the day after so you’ll continue doing what you love to do.
